Classification Standard - Superior - Prestige, distinguishes apartments for the position, the sight and the size of rooms and open spaces.

All apartments offer air conditioning / heating, safe, air conditioning / heating, safe, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, induction hob, dishes), satellite TV, large bathrooms with hairdryer.
Each apartment (except 3) has a private equipped outdoor space (terrace - garden -patio).

Prices include: electricity, gas, water, bed linen and towels with weekly change, car parking,use of swimming pools (one semi-Olympic, 1 for children and Whirlpool) with two loungers and sunumbrella per apartment, bus shuttle service to the center at fixed times (highseason), access to the children's playground. All apartments are accessible by elevator.
The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount, by bank or postal money order or credit card. Balance on arrival. Deposit: On arrival, in addition to the balance, will be required a deposit of € 100.00 per apartment to safeguard property granted in use. It will be returned upon departure (except damage). Arrival and departure: the apartments will be available from 16:00 of the day of arrival and must be vacated and cleaned by 10:00 am of the departure day.

Comfort Service: apartment clearing during the week (except kitchenette), with complete linen chanhe: € 40.00 per room type A - € 60.00 per room type B, C, D, SUITE

Comfort Plus Service: daily apartment clearing (except kitchenette), with 2 complete linen change: € 120.00 per room type A - € 150.00 per room type B, C, D, SUITE

Breakfast buffet: € 8.00 per person per day - € 5.00 per child (2-11 years) per day

Package 7 dinners: (two courses, dessert, water and carafe wine included): € 150.00 per person for adults, € 63.00 for children from 2 to 11 years with dedicated children menu.

Package 5 dinners: (two courses, dessert, water and carafe wine included): € 125.00 per person for adults, € 45.00 for children from 2 to 11 years with dedicated children menu.

Extra cot with linen: € 30.00 per week
