Inside the Village of GiuEle, in the heart of the Finale hinterland, there is the Ca 'di GiuEle farm, which has been managed for generations by the Granaiola family.
Within a beautiful landscape you will find an important oil and wine production. The farm produces extra virgin olive oil from the processing of Taggiasca olives, the most prized and recognized quality of the Riviera di Ponente. The wine production is characterized by the creation of two typical white wines of Liguria: the Pigato and the Vermentino.
The farm also produces the typical red of western Liguria, the famous Rossese, a ruby red wine with a characteristic intense and fruity aroma.
Alongside these traditional processes, Ca 'di GiuEle is one of the major citrus fruit producers in the area: in particular the Pernambucco oranges, characteristic of Western Liguria. The chef of the GiuEle restaurant uses them to prepare delicious jams for the breakfast of his guests, or for the preparation of desserts.
Ca 'di GiuEle offers you a tasting itinerary, to savor local products. Ask at the reception for timetables and book your culinary experience, or contact us to find out more.visit the website
